Job summary
Are you a strategic leader with a passion for patient safety and clinical excellence? University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) is seeking a dynamicHead of Patient Safety and Riskto drive the delivery of our Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) and lead robust governance of learning responses across the Trust.
In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with senior leaders to embed a culture of safety, ensure high-quality incident investigations, and operationally support our Patient Safety Incident Response Plan (PSIRP).
