Job summary

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior leader to drive the development and delivery of the Patient Safety Incident Response Plan (PSIRP). You will lead learning from patient safety incidents and ensure improvements translate into safer care across the trust.

The role requires a current UK professional registration, a postgraduate patient safety qualification or equivalent experience, and a master’s level education.
