You will provide strategic leadership across involvement programmes, ensuring activity is meaningful, inclusive and governance-aligned to deliver real impact.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading patient/public involvement and engagement programmes.
• Strong understanding of governance and statutory responsibilities within NHS contexts.
• Ability to build partnerships with Healthwatch, community groups and researchers.

• Lead the development and delivery of the Trust's patient, public and community involvement strategy.
• Provide strategic leadership for engagement activity associated with major transformation programmes.
• Build and maintain influential relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Lead the governance framework for member and governor engagement.
• Commission and oversee specialist engagement, research and evaluation activity.
• Embed patient and community insight into decision-making and service improvement.
