Job summary

The David Ross Education Trust is seeking an Assistant Principal for Pastoral to provide strategic leadership for pastoral provision across the academy and ensure equitable access to the curriculum for all students. Working with the Senior Leadership Team, you will uphold the academy’s ethos and lead Heads of Year and the wider pastoral team to drive improvement aligned with the academy plan.
