Uber is seeking a National Accounts Team Lead for its Eats UKI Enterprise team. This leadership role involves managing Account Managers, fostering C-Suite relationships, and driving commercial success for restaurant partners. The ideal candidate will have deep commercial experience and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
About the Role
This is a critical leadership role in the Uber Eats UKI Enterprise team. The Enterprise team owns the largest and most recognisable restaurant brands in the country, from local favourites like Rosa’s Thai and Honest Burger, to national staples like Pret and KFC. The National team in Enterprise, owns loved brands with a national presence. The National Accounts Team Lead will lead a team of Account Managers, and is accountable for the success of these brands on the Uber Eats platform.
In this role, you’ll hold C-Suite relationships with Restaurant Partners, acting as an advocate and escalation point. You’ll get to know the brands, so you can be a thought partner to your team. You’ll manage, inspire and lead a team of capable Account Managers, to passionately deliver for our Restaurant Partners. You’ll be accountable for helping Partners grow on the platform, improve their operations to reduce cost and give an exceptional Customer experience. You’ll work cross functionally, to pull in the collective power of Uber, to deliver mutual benefit for your brands and Uber.
This role calls for management and deep commercial experience. You will be a problem solver with a positive attitude, you’ll thrive with ambiguity and can operate with a structured approach. More than anything, you’ll be passionate about delivering for Restaurant Partners and Couriers.
