A growing tech/events business is seeking a Business Development Executive to manage client partnerships and drive sales. Must Haves:

  • Proven sales or business development experience
  • Confidence managing client relationships, from first contact to long-term retention
  • A genuine interest in IT, AV, or networks
  • Strong communication and commercial awareness
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and stay calm under pressure
Nice to Haves:
  • Experience in the events, exhibitions, or live experiences industry
  • Understanding of temporary tech setups (WiFi, networking, AV)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Willingness to attend occasional weekend events
So, what will you be doing?
  • Building and managing key client partnerships
  • Generating new business across the live events and tech space
  • Attending industry events and exhibitions
  • Creating tailored proposals and closing deals
  • Supporting project delivery and acting as a key liaison between sales and ops
  • Forecasting and hitting commercial targets
  • Occasionally attending live events to support client relationships
