SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Liaise between offshore engineering teams (based in Bangalore) and EU client stakeholders
Monitor delivery timelines, report progress, flag risks, and ensure quality governance
Work across multi-disciplinary teams including data, compliance, change, and technology
Maintain momentum in delivery while ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed
Support issue identification and help shape future data opportunities within the platform
Timely and accurate delivery of phased ingestion milestones
Strong stakeholder alignment and minimal delivery blockers
High-quality programme oversight across offshore/onshore boundaries
Ability to push back where necessary and steer project direction assertively
Foundation laid for long-term partnership and potential expansion of programme scope
Proven experience as a Programme or Delivery Manager on data-centric programmes
Solid understanding of data ingestion processes and Snowflake data warehousing
Familiarity with AWS Glue, S3, DBT, SnapLogic, PySpark (not hands-on, but able to converse technically)
Strong governance and delivery background in a data/tech environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (must be assertive)
Pharma industry experience highly desirable
Experience working with offshore delivery models (especially India-based teams)
Previous technical background (engineering or data) advantageous
Consulting or third-party delivery background a plus

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a consultancy client with one of their customers. This is a new opportunity driven by client demand and project expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of business analysis experience, data profiling expertise, and stakeholder management skills. You will need experience working on customer journeys or digital projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver 2-3 internal and/or client-facing data projects simultaneously
- Liaise directly with clients to gather requirements, document use cases, and map processes
- Work hands-on with new data sets – profiling and documenting data transformation requirements
- Create clear and precise documentation to support an India-based development team
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and senior business partners
- Support successful project delivery through clear communication and proactive issue resolution

- Delivery of well-documented, high-quality analysis and data transformation requirements
- Positive engagement with stakeholders, particularly in challenging or ambiguous situations
- Contribution to successful scaling and ongoing client engagement
- Demonstrated self-sufficiency and initiative in managing workload and timelines
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in business analysis across digital and data-driven projects
- Hands-on skills in:
- Power BI (visualization and reporting)
- Data modelling concepts – logical models, normalization, data cleansing (descriptive, not technical)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Background
- Previous consulting experience (Big 4 or boutique firms) is highly desirable
- Experience with customer journey or digital projects is a strong plus
- Proven ability to work effectively with offshore delivery teams
- Ability to self-manage and proactively identify project risks or opportunities
