Role Overview
We're on the lookout for a forward-thinking and process-driven Head of Operations to oversee the Web Division. Reporting directly to the CTO, this leadership role is central to our ongoing evolution and expansion. You'll be responsible for refining operational workflows, ensuring seamless project execution, and strengthening client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations within the Web Division, managing project lifecycles, team capacity, and financial planning.
  • Develop and enhance operational frameworks to boost efficiency and client satisfaction, aligning with our proprietary "Magic Process" methodology.
  • Lead and support a cross-functional team of developers, designers, marketers, project managers, and support personnel.
  • Track project milestones, performance metrics, and delivery timelines, addressing risks and inefficiencies proactively.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement across all functions.

About You

  • Demonstrated success in a senior operations or delivery leadership role within a digital or tech-focused environment.
  • Solid grasp of web technologies and development workflows (e.g., WordPress, Laravel).
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric setting with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Commercially savvy, with a knack for identifying growth and recurring revenue opportunities.

Experience & Background

  • Minimum 5-7 years in a senior operations, delivery, or project management role within a digital agency or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex web projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience managing remote or hybrid teams is highly desirable.

Leadership & Communication

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and mentor diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing internal stakeholders and client relationships.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Operational Excellence

  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable operational processes.
