ABOUT THE ROLE

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, all applicants must have worked as a specialist façade/building envelope subcontractor in the UK. They must be able to demonstrate technical competency and have a proven background in overseeing multiple façade packages from Pre-Construction through to delivery on flagship schemes.

My client will only consider candidates with a proven background in an Operational Management role in the building envelope industry who have worked for a rival contractor. You’ll be responsible for delivering projects ranging from £10m to £70m in value, working for blue-chip building contractors such as Skanska, Lendlease, and Mace. In this role, you will also oversee Pre-construction, Design, Planning, Procurement, and Delivery.
