I am working with a start-up specialty coffee brand committed to delivering exceptional coffee experiences to our customers. Our mission is to create a vibrant coffee culture that celebrates quality, sustainability, and innovation.

We are seeking someone who is ready to be part of a developing, founder-led brand. As the structure of the business is built, you will help establish standards and processes. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across their locations, driving growth, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support the company's growth and expansion.
  • Manage supply chain logistics, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Lead and mentor a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to uphold the brand's high standards.
