A leading Construction company who operate within the Social Housing space, are looking for a Head of Operations to join their team. This business have over 30 years of successful and reputable trading under their belt, and over £100m of secured work in the pipeline, in both planned and responsive works. Role Responsibilities
- Reporting into the MD, you will oversee a large framework of responsive works.
- This is a strategic and process driven role that will require you to work analytically to ensure an already successful service is maximised both from a profitability and efficiency standpoint.
- You will oversee and lead a Commercial Team, Responsive Repairs Team, Compliance and Eco, Scheduling, and Data and Insight/Tech team.
- In your day to day role you will oversee KPIs that include: First time fix; Minutes to complete a repair; Completed jobs in a day; Quality; Customer satisfaction; Van stocks; Value of completed works; Miles per repair; Complaints; etc.
- Utilising Power BI, with the support of a tech team, you will work analytically to drive improvements in systems and process across the business.
- This role also oversees an ongoing move towards clear and measurable KPIs that drive staff performance, promotion and bonus structures.
- You will work to build and maintain close client relationships and report the data on performance of ongoing service delivery.
- This business are currently exploring the power of AI and how it can support their teams to be more efficient across their working day, and this is a role that will engage with this project and project leads involved in driving this.
About You
- Ideally, you have exposure to the world of Social Housing and have the understanding of what it means to succeed in this space, and perform to KPIs.
- You have the analytical mindset to interpret KPI data, and work strategically to drive best practice and process across a team.
- You are a people leader and have a strong understanding of how to deliver on a large social housing framework.
