Job Description:

We are seeking a senior operations professional to lead operational delivery at a high-growth European commercial real estate finance advisory firm. You will work with top-tier stakeholders and institutional lenders across the UK and Europe, building infrastructure, overseeing transaction workflows, and ensuring seamless execution of real estate finance mandates.

Responsibilities:

• Own operations across mandates involving debt advisory, development finance, and structured capital
• Oversee payment execution, draw schedules, and compliance
• Implement internal controls and workflows for deal settlement and reporting
• Manage interfaces with clients, lenders, custodians, and legal teams
• Lead system upgrades and platform integrations
• Build and manage a team to support growing deal volume
• Contribute to strategic decisions on infrastructure and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and KYC/AML obligations

Qualifications & Skills:

• 7–10 years’ experience in real estate finance, banking operations, or fund administration
• Understanding of CRE debt structures and transaction lifecycle
• Experience in payment operations or treasury functions
• Proactive, process-driven, with experience scaling operational platforms
• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills
