The Head of Operations plays a critical leadership role across the Group, ensuring the effective delivery of operational services and continuous improvement initiatives across both the insurance broking and compliance consultancy divisions. This role oversees a high-performing central operations team, delivering system, process, and infrastructure solutions that enable the wider business to grow, integrate acquisitions, maintain compliance, and deliver exceptional client service. You will lead cross-functional project delivery, system migrations, acquisition integrations, resource planning, and major transformation initiatives helping to translate group-wide strategy into practical and efficient operational outcomes
Skills and Experience Required
Proven track record in senior operational leadership, ideally within insurance broking or
financial services.
Strong project and change management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex
workstreams.
Experience of systems migration and acquisition integration.
Knowledge of insurance operating models and the regulatory environment (e.g. FCA).
Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to lead through ambiguity and prioritise under pressure.
Comfortable handling detail while maintaining a strategic view.
Experience with platforms such as Acturis, SchemeServe, Monday.com, and VoIP systems.

Exposure to IT or telephony platforms in a leadership context. (Desirable)
Understanding of resource modelling and MI/reporting for performance management.
