Lead strategic and operational projects on-site with On's Light Spray Footwear sourcing partner(s), establish Key Performance Matrix, and facilitate our partners

Your Mission

1. Lead strategic and operational projects on-site with On's Light Spray Footwear sourcing partner(s), establish Key Performance Matrix, and facilitate our partners to build strong and sustainable performances in all areas, including but not limited to production and planning, product development, commercialization, cost efficiency, compliance, and sustainability initiatives.
2. Build strong relationships with the factory partner's management team, influence the partner's culture and quality mindset; ensure implementation of On's standards in the factory.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally with product creation, supply chain, material, costing, and sustainability teams in Zurich, Asia, and T1/T2 suppliers on all operational tasks.
4. Manage and monitor factory development and production capacity to support On's volume growth, manage risks, and address bottlenecks.
5. Ensure best practices and cohesive messaging are implemented and shared among teams.
6. Lead a cross-functional on-site team, achieve objectives, and develop team members to reach their potential.

Your Story

1. Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in footwear sourcing, with at least 5 years in manufacturing.
2. Strong expertise in product development and commercialization processes.
3. Deep understanding of manufacturing operations and quality assurance standards.
4. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, open-minded approach.
6. Passion for innovation, differentiation, and excellence.
7. Ability to balance creativity and structure in a fast-paced environment.
8. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, or Busan, Korea, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
