Head of Operations Improvement

I’m helping a leading Insurance Broker find a Head of Service / Operations Improvement.

They are PE backed and going through a strong period of growth through acquisitions. They now need a Head of Service Improvement to oversee the operational experience and improvements across the business – looking at processes, offshoring and technology.

They are seeking someone from the Insurance market with strong experience in operational excellence. The role is permanent and hybrid working, paying a high base salary with bonus and benefits.
