Up to £75,000 + car + bonus

Our client is looking for a Head of Operations who's ready to step up and make an impact. This isn't about ticking boxes: it's about rolling up your sleeves, adding to a great culture, and making a regional business thrive.

You'll be reporting into the Founder, with a strong brand and a profile product to back you up. Your focus? Pulling communities together, understanding how a strong brand performs regionally, and ensuring every site is firing on all cylinders.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Owning the customer journey: making every visit memorable
  • Leading staff training and development: building high-performing teams
  • Controlling COGS and GP margins: keeping the numbers healthy
  • Driving operational and financial performance across the region
  • Putting people first: employee engagement, operational development, and customer satisfaction
  • Keeping a close eye on the competition and thinking creatively
  • Coaching teams to deliver results through strong leadership
  • Representing the business in-store: being the face of the brand
Who You Are
  • Experienced in multi-site operations with budgets circa £16m
  • Currently thriving in a similar role
  • Proven success in developing people and teams
  • Innovative, creative, and energetic: full of ideas and drive
  • Passionate about hospitality and fanatical about the brand
  • Want to add value to a more independent business and have real exposure to strategy
