Head of Operations (Futures & Options/ ETD’s) – Investment Bank start-up new business line – Amazing opportunity!

Martis Search is representing a London-based Investment Bank to hire a new “Head of Futures Operations” to help start-up, design, build, and manage all Futures Operational processes from scratch.

The existing company has a proven pedigree in other asset classes, is a global bank with a solid balance sheet, and has ambitious plans to grow their Futures & Options trading desks in London.

Our client is seeking someone with extensive Futures & Options Operations experience (ideally at least 10 years), either as a Senior Futures & Options Operations Manager aiming to grow into a Head of Operations role, or currently serving as a Head of Futures Operations looking for an exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up.

You should have a strong working knowledge of Futures & Options/ETD operational workflows and a proven track record with leading projects, such as setting up new Futures Clearing Memberships and implementing market changes.

Given the team size from the start, the role will be both hands-on and strategic, with responsibilities including hiring and managing a team of Futures Operations/Futures Trade Support Analysts in London.

The company offers a hybrid working model, combining remote work and in-office presence.
