We are now seeking a Head of Operations to lead from the front - ensuring company strategy is executed with precision, discipline, and measurable results. This is a hands-on command position for a leader who thrives on structure, accountability, and performance. As Head of Operations, you will act as the operational commander of the business - ensuring that strategic plans and company policies are implemented effectively, teams are aligned, and KPIs are consistently achieved.

You will be responsible for driving execution across all business units, maintaining control over performance, and issuing timely, accurate reports in line with company procedures. This role requires a leader who combines authority with operational insight - someone who ensures plans become actions and results follow.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement company strategy and enforce policy compliance across all departments.
• Lead with authority, maintaining discipline, clarity, and accountability throughout the organisation.
• Direct daily operations to ensure objectives, KPIs, and deliverables are met or exceeded.
• Oversee performance reporting and ensure all documentation and updates align with company standards.
