Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategy supporting growth and delivery
• Oversee infrastructure scalability, cloud strategy, and managed services
• Champion DevOps best practices, automation, and operational excellence
• Build and lead a high-performing Operations team
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams

Skills & Experience:

• Senior leadership experience in tech operations or platform engineering
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps tools, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud architecture
• Familiarity with Lean/Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with secure, scalable infrastructure and managed services in B2B environments
• Excellent communication and team leadership
• Fintech experience is desirable
