Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Head of Operations (Engineering / Facilities) to lead large multidisciplinary teams in an infrastructure-focused business based in Central London. This senior role oversees both maintenance and major installation projects, driving performance and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Central London - Commutable from Watford, Slough, Croydon, Enfield, Dartford, Romford, Wembley, Ilford and surrounding areas

Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday (10pm - 6am)

Are you a Head of Operations or Senior Operations Manager from an Engineering, Infrastructure or Technical Services background or similar looking to take a leading role within a major infrastructure organisation?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing business, where you will take full responsibility for overseeing large-scale engineering operations, leading large multidisciplinary teams and driving operational performance across critical infrastructure contracts.

The company are a market leader within their industry and are looking for a strong operational leader to oversee maintenance and installation activities, improve efficiencies and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile projects.

The Role:
