This organization is seeking an experienced Head of Operations and Logistics to enhance their operational strategies, ensuring streamlined processes and effective logistics. The successful candidate will oversee the entire operations landscape and logistics framework, optimizing the journey of products from creation to customer delivery. This role is crucial for the strategic development and overall advancement of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement omni-channel operational strategies to boost efficiency across departments, focusing on their DTC component.
  • Manage logistics procedures to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote seamless operational integration.
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate the impact of operational strategies.
  • Identify and address opportunities for improvement throughout the supply chain, implementing innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Oversee budgets and strive for profitability through effective operational management.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in operations management, logistics, or related supply chain roles within global DTC retail organizations.
  • Proven ability to operate strategically while actively driving initiatives forward.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Experience with tools such as Shopify+, ShipBob, Flexport, NetSuite, Inventory Management, and WMS platforms.
  • Willingness to work across global time zones.
