The Role

Reporting to the Account Manager, As Head of Operations – FM, you'll lead the operational delivery of hard services facilities management across NESO's estate. This includes, ensuring compliance, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FM operations across NESO sites, ensuring consistent service excellence
• Manage compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety, and industry standards
• Drive operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation across all service lines
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across NESO and Mitie
• Lead and develop a high-performing FM team, fostering continuous improvement
• Oversee contract performance, asset management, and lifecycle planning
