About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished leader as Head of Operations for Scotland, South & Central regions. You will manage regional and registered managers, oversee operational performance, ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, and lead regional teams to achieve strategic objectives within budget.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of CI regulations, inspection processes, and the care sector, including relevant legislation and frameworks. An understanding of personalisation and inclusion agendas is also essential.

Details

37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with some flexibility and the option of a 4-day workweek. The role is based within the Central Belt of Scotland, with travel across the region.
