As Head of Operations, you will take ownership for the end-to-end operational activities, leading the warehouse and delivery teams, overseeing logistics, and ensuring that the showroom and customer experience standards remain exceptional.

This is a hands-on leadership role that balances strategic oversight with day-to-day execution and plays a critical part in scaling the operational capabilities as the business grows. You'll work closely with global teams to align processes, improve efficiency, and support the mission to deliver quality and care at every stage.

  • Provide strong, hands-on leadership and coaching to the London Operations team
  • Lead all day-to-day UK operations across warehousing, fulfilment, showroom logistics, and last-mile delivery
  • Schedule, manage, and optimise white glove home deliveries across the UK
  • Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy, including physical stock movements, cycle counts, and storage locations
  • Manage all inbound shipments, international receiving, and outbound order fulfilment
  • Liaise with the Production team to monitor delivery timelines and manage inbound inventory planning
  • Oversee product quality checks upon arrival and flag any supplier or freight-related issues
  • Own and evolve SOPs, safety procedures, and compliance with UK regulations across the warehouse and showroom
  • Implement and track KPIs to monitor team performance, delivery SLAs, and operational efficiency
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and functional warehouse and showroom environment, including displays and facilities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Production, and Global Ops to align timelines, manage stock flow, and improve service standards
  • Stay up to date with industry tools, processes, and innovations that could improve operational performance
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for UK-based warehouse, logistics, and delivery staff

To be successful in your application you should meet the following key requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a hands-on environment
  • Strong background in warehouse and last-mile delivery operations, ideally with high-value or white glove products
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable using ERP systems and inventory tools
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving business
  • Physical capability to support warehouse activities and product handling when needed
  • Valid UK driving license (preferred)

As Head of Operations you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package. As part of a global luxury business the role may have a small amount of travel involved for training and development.
