Job Title: Head of Operations

A high-growth challenger food brand experiencing rapid expansion is looking for a Head of Operations to lead business operations and drive the supply chain strategy to support ambitious growth targets.

This role will be responsible for developing and executing the operational strategy, ensuring the business can scale efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance. You will lead a cross-functional team across operations, supply chain, and product development, while managing relationships with third-party manufacturers and suppliers. A key focus will be on cost-saving initiatives, continuous improvement, and driving innovation to keep the business ahead in a competitive market.
