Key Responsibilities:

•Lead and manage the London, and regional, operational functions for the business

•Develop and execute operational strategies to optimise efficiency and ensuring outstanding quality.

•Collaborate with the Board to align operational processes with business objectives and growth targets.

•Supply chain management, resource allocation and process.

•Deliver a culture of innovation, leadership and teamwork.

•Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies.

•Manage reports and controls.

•Mentor and develop a high-performing, national team to drive success.

•Working closely with Senior Management across the operations of the business.

The Ideal Candidate:

•Proven experience in a senior operations and leadership role.

•Strong understanding of business operations and process optimisation.

•Experience in related industries is preferred.

•Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
