Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the operations team to streamline internal processes, improving efficiency and quality of service across all departments.

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Proven experience in a senior operations or people management role, ideally within a creative or design-led industry (architecture experience is a plus).
2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.
3. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
4. Experience shaping and implementing HR policies, recruitment strategies, and employee development initiatives.
