Job summary

Eden Rose is recruiting a Head of Operations to shape the future of its financial planning proposition. You will build and lead the operational infrastructure for a growing team of advisers, creating efficient processes and a high-performing admin/paraplanning function.

With a strong track record in IFA/financial planning environments, you will implement scalable operations, recruit and develop staff, and partner with senior leaders to drive client service excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within an IFA or Financial Planning environment.
• Experience leading administration and/or paraplanning teams.
• Solid understanding of the financial advice process and client journey.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Ability to build processes and teams from the ground up.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach.
• Level 4 Diploma would be advantageous but not essential.

The Opportunity

An ambitious and rapidly growing financial planning business is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to play a key role in shaping the future of its advice proposition.

This is a unique opportunity to join a well established professional services firm at an exciting stage of growth. The business has a substantial existing client base and is investing heavily in the expansion of its financial planning division, with significant growth plans over the coming years.

You will be responsible for building and leading the operational infrastructure that supports a growing team of Financial Advisers, creating processes, improving efficiencies and developing a high-performing administration and paraplanning function.

This role offers genuine autonomy and the opportunity to leave a lasting impact on the future success of the business.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who have:

• Strong experience within an IFA or Financial Planning environment
• Previous operational, practice management or administration leadership experience
• Experience managing administration and/or paraplanning teams
• A solid understanding of the financial advice process and client journey
• Strong organisational and project management skills
• The ability to build processes and teams from the ground up
• A proactive, commercially minded approach

Level 4 Diploma would be advantageous but is not essential.
