Head of Operations
£90,000 + bonus + package | Nationally Mobile | London & Northern England
Zachary Daniels is proud to be partnering with a high-profile, fast-paced hospitality business to appoint a Head of Operations to lead a significant multi-site operation across the UK.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Regional Manager / Senior Regional Manager who is ready to step up and take genuine ownership of a business unit.
As Head of Operations, you will have full P&L ownership, lead a team of Area Managers and be responsible for driving performance, people, service and standards across a substantial portfolio of high street locations.
Reporting into the senior leadership team, the Head of Operations will take overall accountability for the performance of the estate, leading through a team of experienced Area Managers.
You’ll be the person setting the pace — creating a culture where exceptional service, operational excellence and commercial performance go hand in hand.
We’re looking for an inspirational multi-site hospitality leader who is commercially sharp, operationally obsessed and passionate about people.
You’ll ideally be operating at Regional Manager or Senior Regional Manager level within a branded hospitality environment — restaurants, coffee, QSR or another high-volume customer-facing concept.
This is a genuine opportunity for an ambitious Head of Operations to make their mark on a sizeable, customer-focused hospitality business.
For an existing Regional Manager, the role offers the chance to move beyond managing a region and truly own a business — with responsibility for the P&L, leadership team, customer experience and overall performance of the estate.
If you’re ready for the next step and want the scale, autonomy and commercial responsibility that comes with being a Head of Operations, this could be the move you’ve been waiting for.
