Head of Operations - Independent Schools – Up to £80k – Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire

My client is looking to bring a Head of Operations in to join this growing independent Schools caterer to take overall responsibility for the catering services for a portfolio of education sites, in and around Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire

About the position:

This role requires strong leadership, experience of managing change and building new teams plus new openings/contract mobilisation. It is essential you have multi site management experience within Independent schools or high end B&I.

It requires someone with a niche skill set and a real understanding of excellence to meet the client’s needs. You will be extremely well presented with an impeccable eye for detail, patient and observant. Excellent financials are a must with a firm grasp on what excellence both tastes and looks like.

Ideal Head of Operations:

• Ideally working in a similar role for a high-end Contract Caterer
• Excellent client relationships
• A ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine love for catering
• Your passion will be service and standards
• Financially astute
• You will strive to drive the business forward and be able to demonstrate this in an interview
• IT literate
• An understanding of delivering fantastic service
