We are seeking a strategic commercially focused Head of Operations to lead a growing manufacturing business based in the Derbyshire. This is a key leadership role, responsible for commercials, tenders, overseeing site operations, customer relationship management and driving business-wide improvements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the operational strategy to support business growth and performance targets
• Lead on customer relations
• Tendering & Contracts
• Ensure robust compliance with COMAH regulations, HSE standards, and all relevant statutory requirements
• Work closely with the senior leadership team to align operations with broader business goals and customer expectations

Requirements:

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role
• Experience as a Commercial Manager
• Experience working in a chemical manufacturing or hazardous environment
• Strong background in manufacturing
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
