As Head of Operations, youll take full ownership of daily operations, driving performance, efficiency, and quality across the board. Youll lead a skilled team, implement best-in-class practices, and work closely with the senior leadership team to shape and execute strategic plans.

Head Of Operations - Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across the production facility
• Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and output are consistently met
• Develop and lead a high-performing operations team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with department heads to meet business objectives
• Maintain and analyse KPIs to drive operational efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations
• Optimise planning and scheduling processes to meet customer and production demands
• Lead ERP system utilisation for improved planning and reporting
• Present operational insights and performance updates to senior management and the board
• Coach, mentor and develop operational staff at all levels

• Proven experience in a senior operations or manufacturing management role
