Job Description:
As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our products are produced, distributed, and delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth.
  • Oversee production, supply chain, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Manage and optimise inventory levels to meet demand.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team to achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
