The Company
Bold and fast growing founder led start up personal care brand, growing year on year. Backed by investors they are a global brand who are looking to challenge existing products in the market. Offering 600 SKUs to customers, selling D2C, B2B and wholesale. They are recruiting a brand new role within the business to oversee the operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations function from warehouse to supplier onboarding, managing performance, cost and efficiency
• Manages multi-channel fulfilment across ecommerce platforms
• Owns P&L accountability across supply chain, fulfilment and operations-related spend
• Manage 3 members of staff
• Analyse quantitative data and qualitative context to lead and executive business strategies

Qualifications

• Worked within a startup business with T/O within £1million
• Experience managing a full P&L
• Background in Finance / Commercial Role
• Managed a small team
• Worked for an ecommerce led business and experience working with Wholesale/ Retail
• Happy to be based on site 5 days a week
