Head of Operations - London

What you'll be doing

• Oversee multi-site operations: ensuring availability, service standards, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
• Plan and optimise schedules, routing, and stock flows to manage demand peaks.
• Analyse trends and data, translating insights into clear actions for your teams.
• Lead continuous improvement: standardise processes, remove bottlenecks, and cut waste.
• Manage new site mobilisations, equipment rollouts, and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational policies; lead incident reviews and corrective actions.
• Deliver clear, insightful KPI reports for senior stakeholders and clients.

What you'll bring

• Proven multi-site operations leadership from hospitality (contract catering, Coffee, Vending, hotels etc.) or logistics (field service, depot/site).
• Track record of driving KPIs such as on-time performance, availability, waste reduction, and cost efficiency.
• Data-led approach: skilled in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with BI dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside enterprise clients and service partners.
• Solid understanding of health & safety; food safety knowledge is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence, with flexibility to travel across London and sites as needed.
