A healthcare organization in Baildon is looking for an operational manager to oversee the Adult Mental Health Pathway. The role involves ensuring effective resource management, collaborating with teams for high quality governance, and leading performance improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates will have experience in mental health service management and a commitment to innovation and quality improvement.
The successful postholder will support the Deputy Director to deliver the Trust's Strategy and Operational Plan. You will be accountable for the operational management and oversight of the Adult Mental Health Pathway within the Mental Health Care Group.
Prior to your appointment you will be asked to provide confirmation of your right to work and reside in the UK. During your continued employment with the Trust, you have a personal responsibility to notify your manager as soon as possible should there be any changes to your right to work status.
