Job summary

Utmost Group is seeking a senior risk leader to oversee risk governance and strategic risk management across UWL. You will lead the risk team, drive incident mitigation, and ensure robust controls across business lines.

Key responsibilities include embedding the risk framework, reporting to Boards and Executives, and championing risk culture with support for continuous improvement and policy attestation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a UWL-wide view of risk and present a prioritised agenda to UWL Boards and Committees.
• Lead the UWL Risk Team to identify, manage and mitigate risk incidents using Utmost Group framework.
• Oversee root cause analysis and ensure timely remediation actions.
• Implement and embed the risk management framework across all business lines.
• Maintain the Risk Register and annual Operational Risk Assessment reports.
