Job summary
South London and Maudsley (SLaM) is on an ambitious journey to ensure its services deliver outstanding mental health care, responding to the needs of the communities it serves across all settings.
This post will be responsible for working across directorates and executive portfolios to ensure operational services are optimized and continuously improved. Responsibilities include leading service improvement initiatives, developing new ways of working, establishing partnerships, and redesigning models with support from wider Trust resources. The post involves collaboration with teams across the Trust and the South London system, reporting primarily to the Chief Operating Officer, with matrix reporting to the Director of Strategy and Transformation and close work with the Head of PMO and Head of Transformation.
