As a senior member of the finance leadership team, you will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 4 finance professionals
• Partner with Site Operations and Category Leadership to enhance commercial performance
• Standardise and improve reporting across two manufacturing sites
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital control processes
• Influence decision-making related to materials, labour, and overheads
• Drive operational and financial improvements through data-led insights
