Job Description

Head of Operation - computer repair centre

Looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for all aspects of a repair business that specialise in refurbishing returned IT equipment, that supports a UK wide Field Service Operation.

You will lead a team of 4 Managers with around 40 FTE's.

This is an office based role in Cardiff.

The main task is to ensure the operation operates profitably within agreed contractual SLA's and KPI's.

Motivate the team to exceed targets, increase productivity, improve performance, efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure quality including conducting audits.

Ensure H&S compliance.

Salary is flexible for the right candidate expected to be in the region of £50 - 55K.

• Have held a similar operations management position for an IT equipment or Electronic equipment repair / production line environment.
• Live a reasonable commute of Cardiff.
• Have strong quality process improvement skills.
