Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior analytics, research, market intelligence or commercial strategy role within trading/energy/commodities.
• Strong expertise across global Crude Oil and Refined Products markets.
• Proven leadership coaching high-performing analytical teams.
• Ability to influence trading decisions with data-driven insights.
• Experience collaborating with quantitative, modelling and data analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Oil Analytics function and team.
• Develop long-term market outlooks and macro strategy across global crude oil and refined products markets.
• Support Trading, Origination and Business Development with market intelligence and scenario analysis.
• Drive cross-commodity alignment across London, Lavera and Beijing.
• Champion analytics, technology and AI adoption within the function.
