Role Context: Lead offer strategy for the UK Personal Investing organization, focusing on offer performance, offer strategy, and offer feature design for our investment and retirement offers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital strategies for retirement and investment offers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across CX, Ops, Tech, Marketing, Finance & OGC.
  • Address strategic questions and expand market share.
  • Lead and develop high-potential talent.
  • Foster a culture of inclusivity, continuous learning, and accountability.
  • Cultivate relationships and drive collaboration within Vanguard and externally.
  • Manage P&Ls and allocate resources effectively.

Qualifications and experiences:
