A leading healthcare provider in London seeks a Head of Nuclear Medicine and Imaging. This full-time role involves managing a multidisciplinary team and ensuring the delivery of safe and efficient healthcare services. Candidates should have a master's level education, senior managerial experience, and strong leadership skills. The position offers a salary range of £99,808 to £113,803 annually with flexible working options.
The Head of Nuclear Medicine and Imaging role works closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support leadership for the CSD Diagnostics Directorate. The role will foster a cohesive multidisciplinary team and a culture of learning and innovation, underpinned by the Trust's WeCare Values.
This role supports a multi-disciplinary specialty team in strategically delivering priorities, goals and objectives agreed with the Clinical Lead and the Barts Clinical Support Service Director across the domains: Well Led, Responsive, Safe, Effective, and Caring.
The postholder will be accountable for the operational management of the department, overall performance of the team and services in delivering national and local health care priorities, ensuring safe, efficient and quality services, and improving patient experience.
