Head of New Business Sales Manager - £60k-£70k -Milton Keynes (Hybrid – 2-4 days/month in office, flexibility)

B2B Tech Marketing, Enterprise Sales, UK & US Markets



A high growth B2B marketing services provider renowned for delivering demand generation and revenue focused solutions to some of the biggest tech companies across the UK and US is looking to appoint a dynamic Head of New Business Sales / Sales Manager.



This is a senior leadership role ideal for a self starter with a proven track record in technical, consultative sales and a passion for winning high value, complex enterprise deals. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the new business sales function, developing the commercial strategy and building a high performing sales team to scale growth.



Operating at a strategic level, this individual will be expected to engage with senior stakeholders across globally recognised tech brands, positioning a suite of high impact marketing services that are already well regarded across the industry.



Your role will involve:





  • Owning and drivingthe end to end new business strategy, from pipeline creation to deal closure.




  • Build and lead a high performingsales team, with a focus on performance, accountability and results.




  • Develop key relationships with C-level and VP-level decision makers across enterprise tech organisations.




  • Represent the brand at a senior level, including in person client meetings, presentations, and industry events.




  • Work cross functionally with marketing, client services, and leadership teams to align on go to market strategy.




  • Maintain strong insight into competitor activity, market trends, and client pain points to inform positioning.





We need you to have:





  • A proven technical sales leader with experience selling high value B2B services into enterprise technology clients.




  • Demonstrable success in winning and growing large accounts, ideally across both UK and US markets.




  • Comfortable operating autonomously with a self starter mindset whocan create, lead and deliver without waiting for direction.




  • Previous experience building and managing a sales team, ideally from the ground up.




  • Able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with minimal red tape.




  • Strong understanding of B2B tech, SaaS, demand generation, and/or marketing services would be highly beneficial.
