Job Description

Overview: This leadership role involves developing and implementing a multi-year Network Security strategy across RAN, Transport, Core, and OSS domains, aligning with business goals and evolving technologies. The role focuses on translating strategy into secure architecture, ensuring compliance, and building customer trust.

Responsibilities:

• Stay updated on industry trends and collaborate with architecture and delivery teams.
• Work closely with Information Security, regulatory, and business functions to meet organizational needs.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements

• Extensive experience in Cyber Security within network environments, including strategy, road-map creation, and high-level architecture design.
• Experience collaborating with industry and government bodies on cybersecurity issues.
• Ability to work across organizational levels, from technical teams to senior management.
• Proficiency in applying security policies, governance, compliance, risk management, and assurance practices.
• Expertise in designing secure system architectures and establishing standards.
• Strong knowledge of system vulnerabilities and their impact on designs.
• Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST, PCI, GDPR, ISO, OWASP, ITIL, SoGP, and COBIT.
• Understanding of OSS, RAN, Core, Transport, IP, cloud, and end-to-end services.
• Experience managing vendors, RFIs, RFQs, and collaborating with delivery teams.
• Experience in budgeting, prioritization, and team leadership.
