Role Description:

We seek a strategic leader for the role of Head of Network Operations (NetOps) Analytics and Automation within our Core Technology Infrastructure. This key role will lead the transformation of network operations through data-driven insights and automation at a global level, focusing on optimizing network performance, operational efficiency, and risk reduction.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in network automation, analytics, and AI-driven automation, along with strong operational and communication skills. This individual will oversee a global team developing advanced analytics and AI solutions, reporting, and automation capabilities to minimize downtime and enhance agility.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for analytics and automation aligned with business goals.
• Implement automation strategies to reduce manual efforts and improve reliability.
• Lead a global team of analysts and engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and industry standards.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs to measure operational effectiveness.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders across CTO, Application Support & Engineering, and CIO teams.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Engage with users to understand needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage budgets and resources efficiently, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Mentor and guide team members strategically.
• Contribute to global technology architecture references.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science or related software engineering field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, automation tools (Terraform, Itential, NetDevOps, Splunk), programming (Python, React JS, Django), and databases (MySQL, Redis).
• Experience in application development, analytics, and data science.
• Proven leadership of global teams in complex environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of driving organizational change.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, cloud networking, and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience in the financial services or highly regulated industries.
