Are you a Corporate Partner in the North-West looking to head up a team, or grow a department? This Top 80 Law firm boasts a strong commercial services operation in the North-West and is now looking to recruit a national head of Corporate to lead their growth across the UK.
The Firm
This Top 80 practice boasts leading expertise in commercial work and insurance services. With significant investment being made into the practice, they are looking to expand and grow their commercial services offering across corporate law, employment, real estate, commercial advisory, and more. The firm has offices across the UK, including hubs in Wales, England, Scotland, & Ireland, giving them a strong presence and the ability to attract top legal talent.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead a national Corporate Team at a Top 80 Law Firm.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding the firm's Corporate presence nationally. You will handle high-quality corporate work, including M&A, PE, Joint Ventures, and more, reflecting your areas of expertise.
You will also play a key role in the strategic direction of the department, recruitment, and business development. The leadership team will heavily invest in this position's business plan but will also allow you to grow and develop the department without excessive interference.
Business plans that include bringing existing associates or senior associates are highly encouraged.
