A leading housing organization is seeking a Head of Claims and Dispute Resolution to manage legal and commercial disputes. This hybrid role, based in London, offers a salary of £100,044 to £118,803 per annum plus benefits. Are you a seasoned professional in contractual dispute management and dispute resolution, with experience in contracting or housebuilding?
Working closely with the Director of Commercial, the Senior Commercial Claims Manager, and construction delivery teams, you\'ll play a key role in leading legal and commercial dispute matters. You\'ll provide expert support across project delivery disputes, asset and fire safety issues, and latent defect claims.
As Head of Claims and Dispute Resolution, you\'ll be a collaborative team player who understands the value of cross-functional working. You\'ll help lead the drafting and negotiation of building contracts, settlement agreements, consultant briefs, and appointments related to dispute claims.
