We are a leading temporary works specialist and at the forefront of our industry for over 60 years with a reputation built on engineering and service excellence. This enables us to deliver the right temporary works solution for our customers whatever the scale or complexity of the project. Our customers include civil engineering and construction contractors, asset owners and consulting engineering firms through to small builders.

We are currently looking for a Head of National Accounts to support our growing Sales team. This is a fantastic role that will allow the successful candidate to upskill and develop through the company. You will find more details below.

Responsibilities
  • Inspire, motivate, manage and lead a national account team to generate revenue and provide a service for engineering solutions.
  • Develop and negotiate trading agreements/positioning that create long‑standing revenue opportunities.
  • Research, identify and evaluate customers’ plans to align strategic opportunities between both parties.
  • Develop and coach national account managers ensuring capability and skills exist to deliver strategy and customer engagement.
  • Develop, identify, articulate and implement a national account strategy across the business by working with senior sales and marketing directors.
  • Be the expert on customer connections, people, geographies, activities, financials, PEST (political, economic, social and technological) policies to win revenue growth.
What you need
  • Experience of working within the construction industry
  • Good collaborator and communicator with Sales / Operations and Engineering teams. Leadership of a team of capable salespeople.
  • Operated in a national accounts role in a multi‑product organisation.
