About the School
St Francis Xavier’s Catholic Academy, founded in 1842, is a Catholic Academy with a co-educational Sixth Form with a strong academic tradition and 1000 pupils across Key Stage 3 and 4. The Sixth Form has strong collaborative links with partner schools across the city. We joined St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust in April 2024 and look to the future in continuing our improvement journey. About the Role
As an improving school, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic teacher who loves their subject to join St Francis Xavier’s Catholic Academy. We are seeking someone who can share their passion for Music to our students and to inspire all students to have a love of learning. Our Curriculum Leader must be a highly effective teacher with an exceptional understanding of curriculum design, is supportive of others and openly shares best practice, modelling this with their team.
